  ONE OF THE TOURIST DESTINATIONS IN ISABELA: MAGAT DAM It was one of those national landmarks in the country most people are familiar with. Magat Dam is known one of the largest dams in the country. The water is mainly used for irrigation, flood control and electric source  through the Magat Hydroelectric Power Plant. It was under former president Ferdinand Marcos when Magat Dam was constructed in 1978. This US$3.4 billion project partially financed by the world bank was the largest multi-purpose dam in Southeast Asia at that time. The site has been converted as one of Isabela's major attractions. Magat Dam sees a lot of locals in the afternoon either for a picnic at one of the sheds, promenading by rhe walkway or sweating it out with a good run. I found the views wonderful despite the somber weather the time we were there. Ifugao mountains and the wide-bodied Magat River looks so tranquil. I bet the sunset here would be stunning.   The life of Clifford Jay C. Rivera Clifford Jay C. Rivera was born on October 30, 1996 in Ilagan City Isabela to Jocelyn C. Rivera and Judy T. Rivera.  He has a sister her name is Claire Jaicel C. Rivera. They live in Cabisera 23, San Antonio, City of Ilagan Isabela, and his civil status is single and he is Roman Catholic. He graduated from Elementary in 2009 at San Francisco Elementary School and 2013 in High School at San Rafael National and Vocational School and College in 2017 at University of Perpetual Help System Laguna-Isabela Campus. He is Valedictorian in Elementary, 1st Hon. Mention in High School, and Leadership Awardee in College. Acosta, and i have 2 older siblings Marvin R. Acosta and Jolina R. Acosta I studied at San Lorenzo Integrated School since Kinder garten to grade 9 then i transferred at Manaring Integrated School in grade 10, then i transferred again at Isabela School of Arts and Trades in grade 11, and now i currently studying at San Lorenzo Integrated School.
